Eliza Spencer, MBA, MPA, PMP
I like to make things out of nothing: my happy place is working with a blank slate or white space and I thrive when creativity is encouraged. I get excited about innovation events, building something from the ground up, and naming/branding products and services!
I started Elmhaven Consulting to be able to better focus on clients, provide the highest-level of support possible, and to allow my entrepreneurial spirit to thrive. I have 15 years of experience in project and program management leading diverse teams on contracts across the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
In the Federal space, I've performed portfolio management of multiple IDIQ task orders including supervising team members, subcontractors and 1099 staff, managing the budget lifecycle, program evaluation, and reporting milestones, and key performance indicators for multi-million-dollar contracts. Experience with human-centered design, innovation life cycle, IT project management, communications strategy, event/conference management, and process improvement implementation for large Federal agencies. Adept at acclimating to new environments and subject matters, quickly getting up to speed, and building relationships with clients and team members.
