Project completed while an employee of Enterprise Resource Performance, Inc. (ERPi)
Developed and created the infrastructure, design, and implementation process for an internal corporate “SharkTank” crowdsourcing program, aimed at encouraging and empowering staff to communicate and crowdsource ideas to improve and innovate the ERPi workplace. Hosted/emceed the event in front of 200 corporate attendees.
Resulted in 119 submitted ideas, 10,837+ votes, 857 comments, over 7400 views of the ideas, 20 Finalist ideas, and 9 selected corporate initiatives over the course of two years.
